On December 26, 2013, petitioners filed a Motion for a 15-day extension, or until January 12, 2014, to file a Petition for Review.
To date, no petition for review has been filed by petitioners, which means that the assailed Decision dated March 27, 2013, affirming the court a quo’s Decision dated February 2013 and the Order dated December 8, 2013, denying the motion for reconsideration of the Decision dated March 27, 2013 had become final and executory.
ACCORDINGLY, this instant petition for review is now deemed CLOSED AND TERMINATED. The Division Clerk of Court is directed to immediately make an entry of judgment and the Cash Division of this Court is DIRECTED to return to petitioners the amount of Php 170.00 as excess payment for the docket and other legal fees.
