BOARD MEETING ON MARCH 2 AND 3, 2006 AT THE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM, SUPREME COURT, MANILA |
The officers and members of the Regional Trial Court Clerks of
Court Association of the Philippines (COCAP) will hold their Board
Meeting on March 2 and 3, 2006 at 10:00 in the morning at the OCA
Conference Room, Supreme Court, Manila .
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS,
chargeable to local funds if authorized arid available provided that
there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding
Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.
Ms. Nemia Y. Gabutin-Gallo, Secretary of the Association shall
submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days
from the date of the meeting.
