REQUIREMENTS FOR AGENCIES APPLYING FOR THE REGISTRATION/ACCREDITATION OF THEIR FOREIGN PRINCIPALS/EMPLOYERS
National Administrative Register [ POEA ADVISORY NO. 14, S. OF 2011, March 16, 2011 ]
All agencies, applying for the registration/accreditation of their foreign principals/employers are hereby required to provide the following data:
– Complete and accurate business address of employer
– Contact person/s, contact numbers and e-mail address of authorized employer representative/s
– Name of project and exact location/worksite of deployed workers
Foreign placement agencies are required to provide the name, contact numbers, e-mail address, exact address and actual location of the direct employers of their hired workers.
