RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUBOD, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by
law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw
from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the
administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if
any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the
municipality of Tubod, province of Lanao del Norte, island of Mindanao, and
more particularly described as follows:

Lot 4462 Tubod Public Land Subdivision,
Pls-13

A parcel of land (Lot 4462 of Tubod Public Land
Subdivision, Pls-13, L. R. C. Record No. ———-), situated in the municipality of
Tubod, province of Lanao del Norte. Bounded on all sides by Road. Beginning at
a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 4° 28′ E., 702.06 meters from B.L.L.M. 167,
Tubod, Public Land Subdivision, Pls-13, thence N. 56° 25′ W., 500.00 meters to
point 2; thence N. 33° 35′ E., 148.50 meters to point 3; thence N. 33° 35′ E.,
251.50 meters to point 4; thence S. 56° 20′ E., 501.08 meters to point 5;
thence S. 33° 44′ W., 399.24 meters to the point of beginning; containing an
area of 200,054 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan
and marked on the ground by Old Points; bearings true; date of survey, July 15,
1941.
