Decisions / Signed Resolutions August 27, 2013 SPECIAL TWENTY-FIRST DIVISION

BORJA, J.,:

This resolves accused-appellants’ Motion for Reconsideration[1] of this Court’s Decision[2] dated August 27, 2013 which affirmed with modification the judgment of the court a quo.

Movants assail this court’s decision on two grounds: a) the testimony of the main witness for the prosecution was fabricated; and b) the evidence seized from the accused was merely planted.[3]

Albeit stated differently, these grounds were the same grounds raised by movants in their appellants’ brief which had been duly considered and passed upon by this Court, specifically on pages 7 through 9 of its decision.[4]

Finding no substantial arguments in the motion to warrant modification or reversal of the August 27, 2013 Decision, this Court DENIES the Motion for Reconsideration.

SO ORDERED.
