This resolves accused-appellant’s motion for reconsideration of this court’s decision dated June 16, 2014 which affirmed with modification the ruling of the Regional Trial Court finding him guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of attempted rape.
Appellant’s motion is a mere rehash of the appeal. All matters and issues raised therein have already been passed upon and there are no cogent or compelling reasons for the reversal of the same.
WHEREFORE, the instant motion is DENIED.
