An order which lifted partially the Preliminary Injunction issued against the use of papers, documents and things found in the premises of petitioners in the hearing of Deportation Cases Nos. R-953 and R-955 before the deportation Board insofar as it refers to the papers, documents and things found in the 29 premises described therein but shall continue insofar as it refers to the papers, documents and things found in the following residences of petitioners: (1) 13 Narra Road, Forbes Park, Makati, Rizal; (2) 15 Narra Road, Forbes Park, Makati, Rizal; and (3) 8 Urdaneta Avenue, Urdaneta Village, Makati, Rizal, The order is without prejudice to explaining the reasons therefor to be made in the decision of the case.
