DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN
WHEREAS, on 26 September 2025, Friday, the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran will mark the celebration of its 165th Pueblo Day (Charter Day);
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 26 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
