I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the
Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby
amend Section 1 of Executive Order No. 260 dated July 14, 1995 entitled
“Adjusting the Dividend Rates of Selected Government Owned and/or
Controlled Corporates on their 1994 Earnings Pursuant to Section 5 of
Republic Act No. 7656” by adjusting the divident rate of the
Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System from thirty percent (30%) to
twenty percent (20%).
Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby
amend Section 1 of Executive Order No. 260 dated July 14, 1995 entitled
“Adjusting the Dividend Rates of Selected Government Owned and/or
Controlled Corporates on their 1994 Earnings Pursuant to Section 5 of
Republic Act No. 7656” by adjusting the divident rate of the
Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System from thirty percent (30%) to
twenty percent (20%).
This Executive Order shall
take effect immediately.
