1. GRANTS the petitioner’s Motion To Withdraw Petition,[1] with the attached Compromise Agreement dated 15 August 2013[2]
bearing the conformity signatures of respondent Salvador Canaveral and
Atty. Efren Domagas (for Canaveral), and Atty. Elium Banda, Jr., (for
the petitioner Allied Botanical Corp.), and DEEMS this case as WITHDRAWN from the court’s dockets;
2. NOTES that the respondent Canaveral did not comply with the Resolution dated 11 September 2013[3]
requiring him to file comment to the Motion To Withdraw Petition,
despite receipt of the Resolution on 2 October 2013 (as indicated in the
letter of Patricia Soriano, Postmaster IV, Urdaneta City Pangasinan).[4]
3. NOTES petitioner’s Allied Botanical Corporation Motion For Partial Reconsideration Re: Resolution dated 15 April 2013.[5]
