AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTION (E) OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-NINE HUNDRED AND TWELVE, ENTITLED “AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS.”

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and twelve, entitled “An Act making appropriations for Public Works” is hereby amended so that item fifteen on page fourteen under the caption, “Ilocos Sur”, should read as follows:
“15. For the construction of a shop building, intermediate school, San Esteban …… P2,000.00”
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
