SUBJECT: SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON E-COMMERCE ON MARCH 1, 2000 AT THE HOTEL INTERCONTINENTAL MANILA, MAKATI CITY

The Carlos P. Romulo Foundation for Peace and Development, Inc.
jointly with OCA will conduct a Seminar-Workshop on E-Commerce on March
1, 2000, from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Hotel Inter-Continental
Manila, Makati City.

The following judges are hereby authorized to attend the seminar
on OFFICIAL TIME, but they should see to it that the court calendar is
properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled
