Decisions / Signed Resolutions September 2, 2014 FORMER THIRTEENTH DIVISION SADANG, J.:
SADANG, J.:
For Our consideration is defendants-appellants’ Motion for Reconsideration[1] of our Decision[2] dated September 2, 2014, affirming the assailed Decision of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 4, Tuguegarao, Cagayan in Civil Case No. 4854.
[1] Rollo, pp. 149-159.
On November 6, 2014, plaintiffs-appellees submitted their Comment[3] to the motion.
After carefully reviewing the arguments raised in the motion, We find the same to be mere reiterations of matters previously considered and found to be without merit in the Decision subject of this recourse. We thus see no compelling reason to modify, reverse, or set aside Our previous Decision.
WHEREFORE, the instant Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED, for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
