Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, is further amended by inserting after the subparagraph relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Leyte, the following new subparagraph to read as follows:
“Southern Leyte, four assistant provincial fiscals;”
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
