The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with The Asia Foundation and the Program Management Office, Supreme Court, through its Action Plan for Judicial Reforms, will conduct a Tele-Video Conference on “Psychological Incapacity and Capacity of the Child” to be held simultaneously in Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao on December 10,2002 (Tuesday) at the following:
