| SUBJECT : | QUARTERLY MEETING MARCH 3 TO 4, 2014 AT THE CROWNE PLAZA MANILA GALLERIA QUEZON CITY |
The officers and board of trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold their quarterly meeting on March 3 to 4, 2014 at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas Avenue corner Asian Development Bank Avenue, Quezon City.
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.
Judge Leilani Marie Dacanay-Grimares, Secretary General of the MeTCJAP, shall submit a report on the meeting with a complete list of all the judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
