Memorandum Order No. 09, dated 08 November 2022, reconstituting the Internal Affairs and Complaints Committee (IACC) in the Office of the President Proper (OP) created pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 182, dated 11 August 2005, is hereby further reconstituted to be composed of the following:
