Pursuant to the authority vested in me by Republic Act No.
77 and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, I hereby amend
Proclamation No. 134, dated July 19, 1949, as amended by Proclamation No. 151,
dated October 15, 1949 and Proclamation No. 199, dated August 4, 1950, by
publishing the latest values of certain foreign currencies for purposes of the
assessment and collection of customs duties, as follows:
