Decisions / Signed Resolutions October 22, 2014 TWENTIETH DIVISION QUIJANO-PADILLA, J.:
QUIJANO-PADILLA, J.:
In Our Minute Resolution[1] dated October 22, 2014, We considered herein respondent Teofilo L. Baritogo to have waived his filing of a comment to the petition after We noted that he had not filed any within the period granted to him. We further ordered, in the same Minute Resolution, the parties to file their respective memoranda in support of their respective positions in the instant case.
[1] Rollo, p. 153.
On November 25, 2014, however, We received from the petitioner a Manifestation/Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review,[2] which stated therein that petitioner and respondent have come to terms with an amicable agreement, hence petitioner is now moving for the withdrawal of its own petition.
Pursuant to petitioner’s prayer for the withdrawal of its own petition, We, thus, grant its Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review.
ACCORDINGLY, We declare the instant petition WITHDRAWN from the dockets of this Court and is now considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
SO ORDERED.
