ATTENDANCE AT THE JURIS PILOT PROJECT ORIENTATION FOR EXECUTIVE JUDGES, JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT, CIVIL AND CRIMINAL CASES CLERKS, COURT PERSONNEL AND MED…
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI) will hold a two-day orientation for the Executive Judges, Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, Civil and Criminal Cases Clerks, Court Personnel and Mediators of San Fernando, Pampanga and Bacolod, to be held on July 1 & 2, 2004 at the Benigno Aquino Hall, City San Fernando, Pampanga and July 7 & 8, 2004 at the L’Fisher Hotel, Lacson, Bacolod. The course objectives are: to orient judges, court personnel and mediators on the systems and process for use in the pilot project of JURIS; to orient non-lawyer mediators of the court hierarchy and litigation processes; to provide mediators an overview of PHILJA and JURIS organization; and to organize mediators into functioning groups.
The following Executive Judges, Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, Civil and Criminal Cases Clerks and Court Personnel in the cities of San Fernando, Pampanga and Bacolod are designated participants and representatives of the Judiciary on July 1 for Pampanga and July 7 for Bacolod. Orientation for Mediators will be on July 2 for Pampanga and July 8 for Bacolod.
