OPENING THE PORT OF CATBALOGAN, SAMAR, AS A SUBPORT OF ENTRY WITHIN THE COLLECTION DISTRICT OF THE PORT OF SAN JOSE, SAMAR.
Executive Orders March 2, 1965
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 702 of Republic Act No. 1937, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, the Port of Catbalogan, Samar, is hereby created, opened and established as a subport of entry within the collection district of the Port of San Jose, Samar.
Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-five.
