PENDING APPLICATIONS ON THE ROUTES/LINES OPENED FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2000-013-A

The Board’s records show that on the routes/lines opened for PUB
application under Memorandum Circular No. 2000-013-A there are pending
applications the hearing of which have been suspended when the
moratorium imposed on the filing of applications on provincial routes
entering Metro Manila was in effect.

To manifest their interest in prosecuting their applications, the
applicants on the routes identified by their points of origin and common
or MMDA-designated terminals under Memorandum Circular No. 2000-013-A
should file motions to set for hearing their applications for the Board
to hear said cases.
This Memorandum Circular is effective immediately.
