CERTIFICATION PROGRAM IN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE FOR REPUTATIONAL AGENTS

The Institute of Corporate Directors will conduct Module 1 of its
course on the, Certification, Program in Corporate Governance for
Reputational Agents on July 23, 2003 at the La Salle Institute for
Advanced Studies, 4/F, Tower 2, RCBC Plaza, Ayala Avenue, Makati City
from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
The following judges are authorized to attend said seminar, to wit:

Your attendance, at the said seminar is on OFFICIAL TIME but you
should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parities
are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.
A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said seminar.
