Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 2.a. (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Claro M. Recto – Antonio Rivera – Tutuban Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Incorporated (CM. Recto – Tutuban TODA), to read as follows:
“CLARO M. RECTO – ANTONIO RIVERA – TUTUBAN TRICYCLE
OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
(CM. RECTO – TUTUBAN TODA)
Loading and Unloading Areas
- Claro M. Recto corner Antonio Rivera Street
- Light Railway Station at Doroteo Jose Street corner Rizal Avenue”
SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of the Clara M. Recto – Antonio Rivera – Tutuban Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:
“ASSOCIATION R.M.C. Claro M. Recto –Antonio Rivera –
Tutuban – Tricycle Operators and
Drivers Association, Inc.
(CM. RECTO – TUTUBAN TODA)50 Units
ROUTE
CM. Recto cor. Antonio Rivera, Padre Algue, Masangkay, Luzon, Doroteo Jose Sts. Cor. Rizal Avenue.

SEC. 3 Effectlvity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on August 20, 2015.
