DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUPI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR
WHEREAS,
on 17 October 2025 Friday, the Municipality of Lupi, Province of Camarines Sur will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it
is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Lupi be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and
enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,
do hereby declare Friday, 17 October 2025, a special (non-working)
day in the Municipality of Lupi, Province of Camarines Sur.
