The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in
coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will
conduct a one-day Meeting on Enhanced Pre-Trial Proceeding
for Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court and Civil and Criminal
docket clerks of La Union on June 20, 2007 at the Sea and Sky Hotel, La
Union.
The following judges are the facilitators:
Hon. Divina Luz P. Aquino-Simbulan
Hon. Robert T. CawedRTC, Br. 41, Pampanga
RTC Br. 18, La Union
The attendance of the participants in this meeting shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
The judges-facilitators should see to it that their
respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are
notified in advance of any cancelled hearings.
