PROCLAMATION NO. 1099, February 16, 2021
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 24 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 24 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
