ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 110, November 17, 1939
CREATING AN ADVISORY BODY ON UNEMPLOYMENT
Commissioner of Health and Welfare, Chairman;
Assistant Secretary to the President, member;
Undersecretary of Public Works and Communications, member;
Executive Secretary of the Associated Charities of Manila, member; and
Three members representing labor.
The Advisory Body shall advise the Secretary of Labor from time to time as to the unemployment situation with a view to reducing unemployment and to aiding those in need of help in public works projects and other works carried out by any branch or agency of the Government.
Administrative Order Numbered Seventy-one, dated June twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and thirty-eight, and its amendatory Administrative Order Numbered Eighty-six, dated January twenty-third, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, are hereby repealed.
Done at the City of Manila, this seventeenth day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fifth.
