PROCLAMATION NO. 442, December 23, 1953
RESERVING FOR PUERICULTURE CENTER SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and
Natural Resources add pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (e) of the
Revised Administrative Code in relation to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I
hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for puericulture center
site purposes under the administration of the City of Davao, subject to private
rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the private domain of the
Government situated in the City of Davao, and mere particularly described as
follows:

Psd-28313
(The City of Davao)
(Toril and Dallao Pueri culture Center)
“A parcel of land (Lot 186-A of the subdivision plan
Psd-28313, being a portion of Lot 186 of the Cadastral Survey of Davao,
G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No. ), situated in the City of Davao.
Bounded on the NW., NE., and SE., by Lot 186-B of the subdivision plan; and on
the SW., by Road. Beginning at a point marked “1′ on plan, being S.
