GUIDELINES ON THE TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OFW DEPLOYMENT TO KUWAIT
National Administrative Register [ POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 12, s. 2003, April 08, 2003 ]
Pursuant to the 03 April 2003 recommendation from the office of Migrant Workers Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs, the following are exempted from the deployment suspension to Kuwait:
- Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who are on vacation;
- Dependents of OFWs who are in Kuwait; and
- OFWs and their dependents whose re-entry visa are expiring.
