ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 49 -99
Administrative Orders June 7, 1999
In the interest of the service and pursuant to Sec. 5(3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the designation of the HON. AGNES T. CARPIO, Presiding
Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 1, Tagum, Davao del Norte, as
Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 17, Manila,
pursuant to Administrative Order No. 10-98 dated January 30, 1998, is
hereby REVOKED, effective immediately.
Judge Carpio is hereby directed to return to her
official station at the Regional Trial Court, Branch 1, Tagum, Davao
del Norte not later than June 15, 1999 and resume her regular duties
thereat.
A report shall be submitted to the Office of the Court Administrator within five (5) days after compliance with this order.
