DIRECTING THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECT EMPLOYEES TO ATTEND THE “EMPLOYEE EFFECTIVENESS TRAINING COURSE”
The sixteen (16) hours “Employee Effectiveness Training Course” is being conducted to discuss the role of the Judiciary as the Third Branch of Government, orient the employees on th<; Code of Conduct for Court Personnel, and identify the desired characteristics of the Judiciary’:, workforce.
The activity aims to:
– discuss human resource management practices that support high performance work system, particularly on personnel actions;
-discuss leave benefits and administrative offenses and penalties; and
-explain other benefits and privileges of government employees.
