Decisions / Signed Resolutions May 23, 2014 SIXTEENTH DIVISION CORALES, J.:

CORALES, J.:

In the August 12, 2013 Resolution[1],
We directed the counsel for Defendant-Appellant JPMED Asian Pacific,
Inc. (JPMED) to submit his authority to act for and in behalf of the
said corporation and to show cause why he should not be cited in
contempt for disobeying this Court’s November 5, 2012 Minute Resolution[2] all within five (5) days from notice.

However, per verification from the Court of Appeals Case Management Information System[3] (CMIS) on May 23, 2014, counsel for JPMED failed to comply with Our August 23, 2013 Resolution despite receipt thereof.[4]

Accordingly, We are constrained to dismiss this appeal for failure of
defendant-appellant to complete or correct the records within the time
limited by this Court.[5]

WHEREFORE, the appeal is hereby DISMISSED.

SO ORDERED.
