TOMAS V. DUCAY, JR., PETITIONER, VS. SAN JOSE CITY WATER DISTRICT, RESPONDENT.
Decisions / Signed Resolutions June 10, 2014 FORMER FOURTEENTH DIVISION SADANG, J.:
SADANG, J.:
For consideration of the Court is petitioner Tomas V. Ducay, Jr.’s Motion for Reconsideration[1] filed on July 9, 2014 and Supplement to the Motion for Reconsideration[2] filed on July 15, 2014 of our Decision[3] promulgated on June 10, 2014, affirming the assailed Civil Service Commission’s Resolution Nos. 10-1244 and 10-00441 dated June 15, 2010 and December 7, 2010, respectively.
[1] Rollo, pp. 337-342.
On September 5, 2014, respondent San Jose City Water District submitted its Comment[4] praying that petitioner’s motions for reconsideration be denied.
After carefully reviewing the arguments raised in the two motions, We found the same to be mere reiteration of matters previously considered and found to be without merit in the Decision subject of this recourse. We thus see no compelling reason to modify, reverse, or set aside Our previous Decision.
WHEREFORE, the instant Motions for Reconsideration are hereby DENIED. Our Decision promulgated on June 10, 2014 STANDS UNCHANGED.
SO ORDERED.
