COURTS TO FURNISH THE DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS HOLD DEPARTURE ORDERS.

To ensure that the court’s HOLD DEPARTURE ORDERS are carried out
effectively as embodied in Circular No. 38-94 dated June 6, 1994, all
judges are hereby directed to furnish the DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
the prepared list of all active and/or unrevoked HOLD DEPARTURE ORDERS
AND/OR DECISIONS within 48 hours from receipt here of copy furnish this
Office.
Furthermore, all HOLD DEPARTURE ORDERS AND/OR DECISIONS to be
hereinafter issued by said courts should be furnished the DEPARTMENT OF
FOREIGN AFFAIRS within 24 hours from the issuance thereof.
