REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 515 DATED NOVEMBER 7, 1932, AND DECLARING OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT THE PARCEL OR PARCELS OF LAND COVERED THEREBY…
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 88
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 515
dated November 7, 1932, and declare the parcel or parcels of land covered
thereby situated in the Barrio of Tanabag, Municipality of Puerto Princesa,
Province and Island of Palawan, open to disposition under the provisions of the
said Act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 30th day of
September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-four, and of the
Independence of the Philippines, the ninth.
