This is a Motion to Dismiss filed by petitioners alleging that on September 12, 2014, the parties entered into an amicable settlement of their case and private respondents voluntarily executed their Release and Quitclaim before the National Labor Relations Commission, as shown by the Annexes “A” and “B” attached to the records.
WHEREFORE, the Motion to Dismiss is granted. This case is closed and terminated.
