The motion for reconsideration filed by defendant-appellant Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Family Savings Bank of the decision dated April 29, 2014[1] shows that the issues raised and the arguments in support thereof are mere rehash and have already been given due consideration and resolved. Thus the Court finds no new or substantial matter presented to justify a modification or reversal of the assailed decision.[2]
