ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 144 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Article VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED Acting
Presiding Judges in addition to their regular duties in their own
court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders
from this Coust.

1. HON. GREGORIO S. VIOS, Presiding Judge of
the Municipal Trial Court, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte, Acting Presiding
Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch-1, Iligan City; and

2. HON. ANDREW D. DAMAYO,
Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Linamon-Matungao,
Tagoloan, Lanao del Norte, Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial
Court in Cities, Branch 2, Iligan City.

Further, the HON. GREGORIO S. VIOS, is hereby APPOINTED
Acting Executive Judge, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Iligan City,
effective immediately and to continue until 31 December 2000 unless his
appointment is sooner revoked or otherwise extended by the Court.

Both judges shall be entitled to reimbursement of
travelling expenses and per diems and an additional expense allowance
and hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC
of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
