In a “Motion for Extension of Time to File Petition for Review”[1] filed before this Court on July 18, 2014, petitioner sought an extension of fifteen (15) days to file a Petition for Review.

On August 4, 2014, this Court issued a Minute Resolution[2] granting petitioner an extension of fifteen (15) days from July 18, 2014 or until August 3, 2014 within which to file the intended Petition for Review.
Per Case Management Information System (CMIS) verification dated September 11, 2014,[3] no Petition for Review had been filed by the petitioner.
ACCORDINGLY, for failure of petitioner to file the Petition for Review despite the extension of time granted by this Court in its Resolution dated August 4, 2014, the instant case is considered ABANDONED and is now ordered DISMISSED.
