Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a Resolution of this Court (EIGHTEENTH DIVISION) dated 23 December 2014.
The Court resolved to :
- NOTE the following:
- Notice of Payment of Mediation Fee by defendant-appellee;
- AGREEMENT TO MEDIATE dated June 26, 2014 and MEDIATOR’S REPORT dated June 26, 2014 declaring: “Settled,” with the pertinent Compromise Agreement dated June 26, 2014 and the Secretary’s Certificate incorporating the Board Resolution authorizing Edward L. Torillo Jr. to represent defendant-appellee appended thereto; and
- COMPROMISE AGREEMENT dated June 26, 2014.
- APPROVE the June 26, 2014 Compromise Agreement and CONSIDER the instant case CLOSED and TERMINATED.
- DIRECT the Office of the Division Clerk of Court (DCC) to immediately issue the ENTRY OF JUDGMENT which will be recorded in the Book of Entries of Judgments of this Court.
