For your information and guidance, attached is a copy of the
decision of the Third Division of this Court dated 19 October 2005 , in
Administrative Case No. 4920 entitled, “Leopoldo V. Credito, et. al. vs. Atty. Salvador T. Sabio”
ordering the suspension of respondent Atty. Salvador T. Sabio from the
practice of law for one (1) year, effective upon receipt.
The decision was received by the respondent on 03 December 2005.
