Presidential Decrees January 16, 1981



WHEREAS, Presidential Decree No. 949, amending Proclamation
No. 361 dated March 6, 1968 and Proclamation No. 630 dated November 29, 1969,
declared that site at Lamao, Limay, Bataan described in the aforementioned
Proclamations as petrochemical industrial zone.

WHEREAS, it is necessary to include as part of the
petrochemical industrial zone several parcels of land located in the
Municipality of Mariveles, Province of Bataan.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the
Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby
amend Presidential Decree No. 949 dated June 17, 1976, by enlarging the area
reserved for the Petrochemical Industrial Zone under the administration,
management and ownership of the Philippine National Oil Company, by including,
as part thereof, certain parcels of land of the private domain situated in the
Municipality of Mariveles, Province of Bataan, subject to private rights if any
there be, and more particularly described as follows:

Lot Nos. 412, 413, 414, 415, 468, 469, 469C, 476, 477, 500, 503, 504, 505,
685, 686, 687, 719, 723C, 724, 749, 750, 754, 829, 830A, 831 of the cadastral
survey of Mariveles, containing an approximate area of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED
EIGHTY THOUSAND FORTY FIVE (1,880, 045) SQUARE METERS.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused
the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 16th day of January in the year of Our Lord,
nineteen hundred and eighty-one.
