As part of the information dissemination campaign for
the Action Program for Judicial Reform (APJR) and the Judicial Reform
Support Project (JRSP) under the World Bank, the Program Management
Office (PMO) has scheduled Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) in the six (6)
proposed pilot sites located in Angeles City, Imus-Cavite, Lapulapu
City-Cebu, Bacolod City, Davao City and Cagayan de Oro City.

These FGDs aim to: 1) orient stakeholders in the six
pilot courts on the APJR and deepen their understanding of the APJR and
its implications; 2) mobilize commitment to implement and sustain the
reform objectives and activities; 3) secure from the six pilot courts,
confirmation of their engagement in, and commitment to, the objectives
of the APJR, especially the institutional development component; 4)
generate support to the APJR; and 5) validate the feasibility study on
the proposed renovation/construction of the Hall of Justice, identify
gaps (if any) and generate inputs to the finalization of the feasibility
study.
