All officers, directors and members of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) are hereby authorized to attend the PJA’s annual seminar-convention on May 29, 30 and 31, 1997, at the Club Filipino, San Juan, Metro Manila.
This is on OFFICIAL TIME/ OFFICAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten(10) days from date of the convention.
