SBMA GATE PASS
The records of the Office of the Corporate Secretary show that
during the Two Hundred Forty Seventh (247th) Meeting of the Board of
Directors of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority held last 30 August
2013 wherein there was a quorum to validly transact business, the
following resolution was approved:
Resolution No. 13-08-4838
“Resolve, as it is hereby resolved, that without prejudice to
COA Regulations and pertinent laws on the matter, the Board hereby
approves the following:
- To increase the fee for Six Months’ gate pass from Php35.00 to Php100.00; and
- To convert the features of the six months’ gate pass from the laminated ID to the computerized ID.
