ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 104 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Article VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED Acting
Presiding Judges in addition to their regular duties in their own
courts effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders
from this Court:

1. The Hon. ALFREDO D. BUENCONSEJO, Presiding
Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Dalaguete, Cebu as Acting Presiding
Judge of the Municipal Trial Courts in Cities, Branch 6, Cebu City; and

2. The Hon. TERESITA J. SOL JOMUAD, Presiding
Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Dumanjug- Ronda, Cebu as
Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Courts in Cities, Branch
7, Cebu City.

Further, the Hon. LEOPOLDO V. CANETE, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, San Fernando, Cebu is hereby DESIGNATED
Assisting Judge of the Municipal Trial Courts in Cities, Branches 3,
and 5, Cebu City, in addition to his regular duties in his own court,
effective immediately and to continue until further orders from this
court.

All of the above-mentioned judges shall be entitled
to an additional expense allowance and hardship allowance as provided
for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February
2, 1999.
