For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 10 August 2016 of the Second Division in Administrative Case No. 5152, entitled “Ruby F. Tipon v. Atty. Wilfredo Lina-ac,” to wit:
WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Wilfredo Lina-ac is SUSPENDED for three (3) months from the practice of law with the warning that repetition of the same or similar acts will merit a more severe penalty.
