The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) will conduct a Roundtable Discussion on R.A. No. 9208 (Anti-Trqfficking in Person Act 0/2003) and R.A. No. 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act 0/2004) on 7 and 21

February 2006 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the
Justices Lounge-, 4 th Floor, Centennial Building, Court of Appeals,
Manila and Training Room, Ground Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme
Court, Manila, respectively. The following Family Court judges of the
National Capital Judicial Region are required to attend and participate
in the said activity:

Batch 1, February 7, 2006, Justices Lounge, 4 th Floor, Centennial Building
Court of Appeals

Batch 2, February 21, 2006, Training Room, Ground Floor, Centennial Building
Supreme Court

Attendance in this Roundtable Discussion shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME.

The participating Judges should see to it that their
respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration
of the activity, and the parties are notified in advance of any
cancellation of hearings.

Any communication relating to the seminar shall be
