Before Us is petitioners’ Motion for Reconsideration[1] of Our Decision dated November 29, 2013 affirming the public respondent’s Decision dated March 7, 2013 and Resolution dated April 30, 2013 in NLRC NCR CN. 08-12975-11/NLRC LAC No. 09-002657-12, against which private respondents filed their Comment[2] thereto.

We have reviewed at length the arguments of petitioners in the aforesaid Motion and We did not find new grounds nor bases sufficient to compel modification or reversal of the challenged Decision.
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the instant Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
